Here is an example of how we make our Hummus:
Day 1 Soak dry chickpeas
Day 2 Cook the chickpeas for 2 hours, then cool and strain for 24 hours.
Day 3 Blend chickpeas, tahini, lemon, and garlic.
Day 4 Ready to be enjoyed!
